Paul has been in the search industry for 30 years. He began his career with M. Davie Lowe Personnel in 1974. Subsequently, he co-founded The Austin Group, L.P. in 1977 and The Qualitec® Family of Independently Owned Companies in 1992 providing equity opportunities for partnerships to exceptional managers. Paul has trained hundreds of recruiters in the art of executive search and currently serves as Chairman of the Board and President of The Qualitec Family of Independently Owned Companies, comprised of 12 different search firms. In this position, he supervises more than 40 recruiters and is responsible for all training activities. Paul remains a student of the industry and conducts local and national training for various organizations and firms. Additionally, Paul has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants since 2002. He received the Award of Merit for Commitment to Employees from the National Association of Personnel Consultants in 2000. Paul’s prior
